Everyone is looking at Latin America to buy clubs, players, leagues. The first thing the room learned: winning is not one thing.

A big club sells glory and pays for it in pressure: that means lower tolerance to failure, shorter terms to build successful projects, and the gaps are filled with money: player-buying power.
A mid-size club sells players and calls that a great season: most of their investment goes into formation infrastructure to breed the players the big markets are demanding. The fans ask: why do they sell their new star, if it was the path to glory? Because glory is not the chase.
Some clubs run beautifully without a fan in the stands. No pressure, no expectations, just processes.
Some clubs own their history. Others are owned by it.
Some clubs want trophies, call success staying in the first division.
Just like in business: profit and valuation can be two different bets.
That’s exactly what brought us together. Last night, I saw a community truly passionate about futbol that vibrates on the exact same wavelength I do, ready to mix what we do on Saturdays in the CFL with the entire futbol universe that goes beyond the pitch.
Through FCnoise, the CFL, and this Mastermind, we are proving that futbol is the ultimate lens through which we build, lead, and connect.
